This bar is 1770mm and has a 28mm diameter shaft, dual knurl markings, and no centre knurl. The knurling is a high-quality diamond pattern that provides good grip without being rough on your hands. The shaft and sleeve are finished with a sleek black e-coating. The shaft of this stubby bar is made from 200,000psi steel and has brass bushes in the sleeves which provide a smooth spin.

The shorter length of a stubby bar makes it ideally suited to a CrossFit-type or functional fitness competition where you still want to load your bar with a decent amount of weight but move safely and efficiently in a tight space.
