Our new and improved Solid Strength Hex Barbell (or Trap Barbell) is a versatile training tool that allows you to load up for deadlifts and lift in a safer position without having the bar in front pulling you forward.
Weighing 26.5kg, our hex bar is designed with reversible two-height 28mm-diameter handles spaced 630mm apart. The top/higher handle is raised 125mm to allow for safer deadlifts for those with flexibility limitations. The handles are finished with a medium knurl for increased grip.
This is an awesome piece of equipment that’ll add variation and new challenges to your training. The 'Hex' bar shaft and handles are all made of solid steel (not hollow tubing), which allows this piece of equipment to safely hold 400kg. This bar can also be used for farmer's carry exercises. Our trap bars are finished with a black E coating.
