Adjustable Dumbbells
Adjustable Dumbbells are sold as pairs and let you select different loads without laying out a full row of fixed weights. Compare the available range, increments, and adjustment system with your exercises and storage space. The current Solid Strength adjustable dumbbell models are designated for home use.
Choose a range that works for your exercises
Look at how the weight changes across the range and whether the steps suit your exercises. Also compare the size of the dumbbell at the settings you expect to use most.
- Confirm the selected model’s minimum, maximum, and weight increments.
- Read the included quantity and whether trays or a stand are supplied.
- Review the handling, locking, and storage instructions for the adjustment system.
Respect the adjustment mechanism
Follow the model’s instructions for selecting weights and checking engagement before lifting. Adjustable Dumbbells suit compact home setups, but we don’t normally recommend them for commercial spaces: changing loads takes time in a shared environment, and Adjustable Dumbbells should not be dropped.
