Strength training equipment for your setup.

Choose strength training equipment around the way you lift: squats and presses in a rack, bench and dumbbell work, barbell pulls, or kettlebell carries. Solid Strength supplies racks, benches, free weights, storage and flooring for New Zealand home gyms, personal training studios and shared gym floors.

Start with the lifts in your programme, the space available and who will use it. A compact home setup has different storage and equipment needs from a busy gym. Shop piece by piece or plan a fit-out with us, with delivery nationwide and assembly and installation available in Auckland only.

Common questions

Strength Training questions

Equipment choices, training spaces and delivery, explained.

01How do I choose equipment for home or shared use?

Check each product's intended setting, capacity and care instructions. Adjustable dumbbells are a residential home-use option; shared facilities should choose equipment suited to that use. Warranty terms vary by product, so review the warranty information and ask us if you are unsure.

02What should I buy first for a home strength setup?

For barbell-focused training, start by planning the rack, safeties, bar, plates and bench together. For a smaller room, dumbbells or kettlebells may better suit your sessions. Measure the space before buying and use our home gym guide to work through clearance, flooring and storage.

03Do you supply gyms, studios and schools?
