Lockdown sucks - this resistance band doesn't
I recently added this to get a bit more strain out of the continued home workouts. Paired with a steel bar, I'm getting a pretty good workout out of this! Rows and deadlifts at home feel a lot closer to the real thing now, I strongly recommend adding this to your lockdown gym kit.
