These grips come in small, medium, and large sizes for a customised fit. Use this measurement guide to get the correct size:
Start from the joint between your hand and wrist. You should see a crease line in the skin. Making sure your hand is completely straight (not curved or cupped inward or outward), measure from the joint up your palm and to the base of your middle finger.
Small: 7-9cm
Medium: 9-11cm
Large: 11-13cm

Love them. i am an over the bar gripper ( no thumb) and haven't been able to find something i felt safe with. I am also 52 and not very good with change ha ha !
