Excellent Speed Cable Rope for CrossFit
The Lightning Speed Cable Rope is excellent. It arrived with nicely weighted, well-machined handles. At 6 foot 3, I could use the rope straight out of the bag without any adjustments. It's perfect for my CrossFit bag. The rope moves quickly, and although I haven't nailed double unders yet, I know it's not the rope's fault. I'll definitely recommend it!
