Dial in your Olympic lifting Jerk technique with our fully CNC machined, New Zealand-made Semi-commercial Jerk Blocks! Made with a mixture of 18mm and 36mm ply with internal bracing (suitable for light commercial and home gym use). These jerk blocks, or jerk boxes, are stackable so you can train with the height that works best for you.
The most common use for Jerk blocks is for training the jerk portion of the clean and jerk lift, one of the two lifts in Olympic weightlifting. Set your barbell up on the blocks and lift from your dip height! These blocks can also be used for other overhead lifts and partial movements — like push presses and split jerks — as well as for box jumps and step ups, block pulls, partial deadlifts, Bulgarian Split Squats, Bench press, and more.

The set contains;
2 x 400mm blocks
2 x 300mm blocks
2 x 150mm blocks
2 x 55mm toppers (70mm including rubber layer)
The top surface area of each block is 900mm x 500mm.
The total height is 930mm when all boxes are stacked.
An additional pair of 150mm blocks can be purchased for users above 6ft/183cm.
Jerk Blocks also available without the removable rubber tops.
Please note — in any configuration, you must use the 55mm toppers while lifting to ensure the lifespan of your blocks.
