A gym must-have for Olympic lifting sessions. No-budge change plates that slide onto your barbell outside the collars for fast loading and unloading, with a friction-grip rubber coating that means they stay right where you place them on the bar. These come in a 15kg set in recognised international competition colours ((2 x 2.5kg (red), 2 x 2kg (blue), 2 x 1.5kg (yellow), 2 x 1kg (green), and 2 x 0.5kg (white)).
