The Solid Strength Commercial Rower is your traditional rower — done better. The lowered monorail and elevated seat height combine for a more ergonomic design that’s more comfortable than traditional rowers and allows for greater glute activation while exercising. It’s also easier to get on and off the rower, whether you’re wiped out from a workout or dealing with knee or hip issues that limit your movement. The overbuilt design, weighing in at 43kg, is sturdy and long-lasting.
Like traditional rowers, our Commercial Rower features a damper connected to its flywheel that allows you to adjust the level of air resistance to your preference. The uniquely designed flywheel results in an ultra-smooth and quiet ride.
The Commercial Rower also comes with a sleek bamboo wood handle, wheels for easy transport, a backlit console display, and an innovative seat design complete with extra high-density foam padding for added comfort.
The console shows time elapsed, time per 500m, watts, distance, strokes per minute, and total strokes, as well as pulse if you’re using a heart-rate monitor. Choose what measurement is most prominent on your screen by toggling between average 500m pace, average metres per stroke, calories per hour, force curve, max watt, watt chart, average watts, or max heart rate (if you’re using a heart-rate monitor).
Use the machine for your own workout, or row with one of the monitor’s built-in programmes such as Quick Start, Interval/Tabata, Target Calories, and more.
