Made of firm foam and super strong vinyl, these foam plyo boxes have been supplied to commercial gyms for over 3 years and still hold shape. They are a lot more forgiving on the shins than wooden plyo boxes if you mis-time a box jump... The 3 height cube design conforms to Rx standards. Dimensions are 50x60x75cm.

So much safer than wood box
Box is sturdy and I feel much safer jumping on this than a wooded box. I've missed a few jumps, my shin hit the box, no damage to my leg!
