SOLID STRENGTH EQUIPMENT'S RETURN POLICY

For change of mind returns

You may return or exchange an item/order within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.

• The item is unused and in new condition.
• The item is still in all the original packaging.

Customers are responsible for any costs to return the item(s) to our warehouse in Birkdale, Auckland. An exchanged item larger than a courier bag size will be subject to a return shipping cost.

For change of mind returns (within the 30-day period) we offer store credit of the full amount of your purchase or a refund to your original form of payment less a 10% restocking fee. When returning an item please let us know if you prefer the store credit or refund option.

• Items that are used, damaged, or incomplete may be denied a refund or exchange.
• Items not in their original packaging (including plastic covers inside boxes) may be denied a refund or exchange.

Faulty/damaged or missing equipment

For faulty/damaged or missing equipment, please contact us immediately by calling 021-784-988 or email sales@solidstrengthequipment.co.nz.

Return Exceptions

All Final Sale items, ex-competition equipment purchases, factory-seconds purchases and gift cards/vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned.
Other Returns information

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

If we are refunding your purchase the amount will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.

SOLID STRENGTH EQUIPMENT'S CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel an order at any time prior to us shipping your order out/you receiving a shipping notification or email. Once your order has been picked up by our courier or freight company it cannot be cancelled.

Alternatively, you may choose to transfer the amount of your cancelled purchase to store credit. Any cancelled orders will be refunded to your original form of payment less any credit card or 3rd party merchant fees which we do not get back.

If you are unable to cancel an order because it has already been shipped you may return it following the steps listed above in our Return Policy.
