This bench's max load is 400kg, so you can lift heavy loads with confidence.
The adjustment options on this bench range from vertical upright to flat (horizontal). It cannot be adjusted into declining positions. We decided on this feature in order to maximise the strength of the bench in the flat position which can be compromised by declining positions.
