Versatile. Durable. Easily adjustable. The Solid Strength Adjustable Bench is an essential training tool for any home or commercial gym. A single lever quickly and smoothly sets the bench to six different positions, while the auto-lock mechanism ensures a safe, secure fit. Made from comfortable and supportive foam and crafted from high-strength steel, this bench offers a myriad training uses from the classic bench press through to split squats. This bench's max load is 400kg, so you can lift heavy loads with confidence.
The adjustment options on this bench range from vertical upright to flat (horizontal). It cannot be adjusted into declining positions. We decided on this feature in order to maximise the strength of the bench in the flat position which can be compromised by declining positions. If you're after a flat/incline/decline-capable bench, check out our FID Adjustable Bench.
Constructed from high-strength steel, this commercial-grade bench is built to be a robust and durable addition to any gym setting. The thick, supportive foam padding provides exceptional comfort, allowing you to train harder and longer without discomfort.
For added convenience, this bench is equipped with back wheels and a front carry handle, making it easy to move and position within your training space. No matter what exercise you're performing, this bench offers the stability and support you need to maximise your workouts.
