Versatile. Durable. Easily adjustable. The Solid Strength Adjustable Bench is an essential training tool for any home or commercial gym. A single lever quickly and smoothly sets the bench to six different positions, while the auto-lock mechanism ensures a safe, secure fit. Made from comfortable and supportive foam and crafted from hardy steel, this bench offers a myriad training uses from the classic bench press through to split squats. Max load is 400kg.
The adjustment options on this bench range from vertical upright to flat (horizontal). It cannot be adjusted into declining positions. We decided on this feature in order to maximise the strength of the bench in the flat position which can be compromised by declining positions.

Purchased an adjustable bench from Solid Strength and true to their word the item arrived on time and was easy to put together. The only issue is the hinge that links the 2 top pieces together is high and you feel it when you are moving into position on the bench. That is the only issue Solid Strength are great company to deal with.
