How to use: Open the lever all the way back into the open position (it will click) before putting them on or taking them off of your barbell. To close the collar, click it all the way into the opposite direction. The lever will be flush against the collar in the closed position and will click into a firm position when fully open. Failing to open or close the lever fully will result in damage to the rubber grip sleeve.
