The Barbell Scrub Brush is a flexible cleaning brush with stainless steel bristles that will get your barbells and metal dumbbell handles looking like new!

This scrub brush is made with a super flexible grip that bends and moulds around the bar so it's easy to use and efficient at getting into the knurling on barbells and metal handle dumbbells. This scrub brush can also remove surface rust and oxidation spots.

All you need to get your barbells looking fresh is this brush, some 3-in-1 Oil, and a couple of clean cloths/rags.

How to clean your barbells and metal handle dumbbells using the Solid Strength Barbell Scrub Brush:
1. Start by cleaning any excess chalk/dirt off with some spray & wipe and a clean cloth or rag.
2. Then, use your Barbell Scrub Brush to get into all the grooves of the knurling to further remove chalk/dirt and work out any rust and spots with oxidation.
3. Give the bar a quick wipe with your cloth to remove all of the stuff you've just scrubbed out of the knurling.
4. Buff some 3-in-1 Oil into the shaft of the barbell using a clean cloth or rag. Let sit for as long as you can (the longer the better).
5. Remove any excess oil before using the barbell again.

PLEASE NOTE the steel bristles on this brush will scuff coated barbells. This product should not be used with ceramic coated barbells like our 15kg and 20kg Stormtrooper Barbells.
