Train cable rows, tricep pushdowns, and much more with the smooth, consistent resistance from our commercial-grade cable pulley system. Then easily convert your cable machine to a squat rack with the adjustable J-hooks for your squats, presses, lifts, and shrugs, and the built-in pull-up bar is easily sturdy enough for kipping pull-ups and muscle-ups. The heavy-duty bamboo platform provides a stable and secure surface for all types of weightlifting and helps to protect your floor and equipment. After your workout, keeping your gym area neat and organised is a breeze with the integrated plate storage — compatible with Olympic plates.

Like the rest of our Goliath range, this cable machine + squat rack is over-engineered with 3mm thick 75mm x 75mm steel. The uprights have been finished with laser-cut 19mm holes and laser-cut numbering alongside the holes making it quick and easy to get your J-Hooks and cable machine handles even on both sides.

The cable machine handles are easily adjustable up and down the uprights, so you can quickly get them at whatever height you want. Each side of this cable machine has a 120kg weight stack.

The platform extends all the way into the back of the rack and is constructed from hard-wearing bamboo with a black powder-coated steel frame. This weightlifting platform is finished with a steel ramp on the front edge to increase safety in any gym environment.

Bolting down of this machine is required.
