Originally developed as a rehabilitation tool, the Reverse hyperextension machine (Reverse Hyper or RH machine for short) was brought to the forefront by Louie Simmons, an American Powerlifter, after multiple back injuries and doctor recommendations to remove two discs in his back. Because the machine can target your glutes, hamstrings, and lower back without any compression on the spine it's an ideal tool for people currently experiencing back pain or injury or those looking to avoid it!
The main benefits of using a reverse hyper are injury prevention, reduced spinal load, reduced back pain during exercise, and superior glute and hamstring isolation during exercise.

Love it. Just recently started using it but my lower back is already getting better.
