Solid Strength Worms come in either a 2- or 4-person version, so they're perfect for whichever pairs or team competition you've got coming up next.

Create the signature uneven weight distribution that this equipment is famous for with the various sized interior fill bags that make different parts of the worm a different weight. Our worms are made from a highly durable and high-grade black webbed nylon for strength and lasting power, whether you're doing touch-and-go worm cleans or dropping after every rep.

Solid Strength Worms are best filled with either play sand or fine rubber chips or crumbs. These pieces of equipment use a secure double-lock bag system to decrease any possibility of the filling coming out and to make the worm easier to fill and move around. The nylon webbed straps that go around the circumference of the worm shell add to the overall durability. The worm ships unassembled and unfilled but is simple to fill and put together.
