Want to nail your L-sits? The High bars will give you an easier option for exercises like incline push-ups and L-sits, but a much more difficult option for exercises like handstand holds, Crow, and tricep dips. Getting into elevated handstands? The Low bars are a more entry-level option for handstands, but a much more difficult option for your L-sits.

These parallettes, also known as push-up bars and p-bars, simulate traditional parallel bars used in gymnastics training. While you can practise many advanced gymnastics and callisthenics exercises like L-sits, V-sits, Planche holds, and handstand presses, these bars are also the perfect entry into bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pike push-ups, tricep dips, and more.

The Elevate Parallettes range is crafted from high-quality Beech wood and a 2mm thick black steel frame and finished with non-slip rubber feet to ensure safety and stability. All Parallettes are sold as a pair.
