Kettlebells + Dumbbells
Kettlebells + Dumbbells buying guide
Kettlebells and dumbbells are versatile options for home gyms and commercial training spaces. They cover a broad range of strength and conditioning work, take up less room than a barbell-and-plate setup, and are easy to move, store, and use across different sessions. With fixed and adjustable options at different price points, you can build a setup around the way you train and the space you have.
Choose the format that fits your space
If space is tight or you want an all-in-one option, adjustable kettlebells and dumbbells can give you several loads without a full row of fixed weights. Fixed equipment is more convenient when multiple people are training, or when you need different weights ready to use without changing settings.
- For kettlebells, compare handle shape, body dimensions, and fixed or adjustable loading.
- For dumbbells, compare handle finish, head shape, and the weight steps available.
- Confirm whether each listing is for one item, a pair, or a larger set.
Compare the range
Cast iron kettlebells are more commonly used for CrossFit and functional-fitness training, while competition kettlebells are a premium option. Rubber-handle dumbbells are a higher-end option than metal- or chrome-handle dumbbells, and Round PU Dumbbells are a premium choice for a complete set.
Build a useful weight range
Start with the heaviest weight you expect to use, then add the weights you need to work up to it. Kettlebells and dumbbells suit every training level because you can select a load that matches your current fitness level. Many foundational movements are straightforward to learn, but sound technique and sensible loading still matter.
Home and commercial use
Adjustable kettlebells and dumbbells suit compact home setups, but we don’t normally recommend them for commercial spaces. In a busy shared environment, the Allen key used to change an adjustable kettlebell’s weight can go missing, changeovers can slow sessions down, and adjustable dumbbells should not be dropped. The fixed-weight range is commercial quality and is also suitable for home training.
Know how each product is sold
In the current range, cast iron, competition, and adjustable kettlebells are sold individually. Round PU Dumbbells are sold as full sets. The price shown on each hex dumbbell listing is for one dumbbell, so select a quantity of 2 if you need a pair. Adjustable Dumbbells are sold as pairs.
Frequently asked questions

We don’t normally recommend them for commercial spaces. Adjustment tools can go missing, changing loads takes time, and adjustable dumbbells should not be dropped.

Start with the heaviest load you expect to use, then include the weights you need to warm up to it and progress safely through your regular exercises.
