Set consists of a pair of 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 5kg Zhangkong incremental plates. Approved by the IWF. The 0.5, 1kg and 1.5kg plates have a 50mm friction ring which holds them securely in place, alowing them to be easily loaded outside the collar. A must for advanced athletes where strength improvements can get much more precise at the upper end of the scale.
