Our Solid Strength Squat Racks have been used in CrossFit affiliates and commercial gyms around the country since 2009 — including in our own gym, CrossFit Birkenhead! These racks are rated for 300kg and are easily adjustable for height and width. This rack is ideal for front and back squatting or benching. Set up for your bench press session using our Squat Rack and Adjustable or Flat Benches. Just set the squat rack at or near its lowest height which is 950mm.

Suitable user height ranges from about 4'8 (140cm) to 6'6 (200cm)
We worked with our manufacturer to create a flatpack design that would allow these squat racks to fit into 1 box. We pushed for this design to keep shipping costs down for our customers! When you're assembling your rack we recommend making sure you do not over-tighten the nuts as this can squeeze the tubing — potentially causing the rack to not sit flush. If you've assembled your rack and it's not fully straight, loosen the nuts, make sure it's on a level surface, and then re-tighten the pieces.
