Counterpunch Free Standing Boxing Bag

The Counterpunch Free Standing boxing bag meets your all-around workout needs and can be used at home or at the gym.

With its convenient freestanding design it gives you the flexibility to move it around and is perfect to use in spaces where a bag cannot be attached to a beam or ceiling. The freestanding bag is especially good for those who are wanting to work on combinations and speed.

It’s super easy to assemble by filling the base with water and then sliding the bag over the top. There is a metal tube through the centre of the bag that fits over the tube in the base and is further secured with a lock pin.

• Bag height: 140cm

• Base dimensions: 68cm x 68cm x 38cm
• Capacity: Holds 100 litres

*Do not put the Freestanding Bag on concrete when punching as it may cause the base to rub through and water will leak out. Most other surfaces are fine.
