The diamond knurling on our needle-bearing bars is precision CNC machine pressed so that each bar is identical. The knurling is just present enough to improve grip, but not so coarse that it'll tear your hands up! The spring steel shaft has a moderate whip that produces a fantastic feel for explosive lifts, and the needle bearings allow for a super fast and smooth spin. Olympic Barbell
Barbell is very good. Knurling is a perfect amount of grip for single or multiple HITT lifting. The needle bearings make turnovers super smooth. Ordering and delivery was crazy fast and communication was excellent. I'll definitely be buying more gear from Solid Strength in the future.
