Our Solid Strength Soft Medicine balls are made from industrial-strength material and double-stitched to withstand high-rep WODS and heavy and repetitive use. Most commonly used for wall-balls, med ball sit-ups, weighted carries, and partner exercises, these medicine balls are a great addition to any home or commercial gym space.

Our Solid Strength med balls have been supplied to CrossFit affiliates, functional fitness gyms, commercial gyms, PT studios, and more nation-wide.

Available in 4kg, 6kg, 9kg, and 12kg.
