Our Solid Strength Tactical weight vests — in either 6kg or 9kg — are made from super durable nylon and can be adjusted to fit most body types and sizes. These vests feature additional shoulder padding to increase comfort, adjustable tension bands to improve stability and swing, and lots of mesh and lightweight fabrics for quick drying.
The vest itself weighs about 1kg and comes with 2 steel weight plates which can be easily removed for a lighter vest option. Increase the difficulty of any body weight exercises. Most commonly used to train pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and cardio endurance.
