Product is as advertised. If you don't have enough room or don't want to clutter up your living space with various weights of kettlebell, this is what you need. It's pretty easy to adjust the weight. There is some rattle when you swing it but not too noticeable nor is it disruptive to your workout. Given the reasonable price, it's worth every penny. The alternative contender to this product would be something like bells of steel but given they don't ship their products to nz, and to ship it from overseas via 3rd party shipping company would cost much more for shipment than the kettlebell itself, this product in my opinion, is the best adjustable kettlebell that is avilable to new zealanders.

Absolute game changer
I've always put off buying kettlebells, mainly due to not knowing which weight(s) to buy and then, as your progress, having to buy more. This bell is solid, doesn't rattle, isn't bulky, and you quickly get the hang of changing the weights in and out. Fantastic full body workout that you can take anywhere you go.
