Great product haven’t put them on calibrated scales yet but I’m sure they weigh what they say they do. My only recommendation is that the weight markings could be a lot clearer I.e filled in with white or some color to make them a lot more visible. Overall happy with the product

These are great value for money and are really great for increasing weight slowly to build strength. Good quality and I do recommend though after only 2 weeks, one of them has chipped. Still worth it as they still do their job.
