You'll now have the confidence to lift heavier knowing these heavy-duty arms will be there to catch you if you miss the rep! To make these safety spotter arms even better, the top part (the piece that comes in contact with a barbell) is lined with a protective long-lasting nylon strip that will protect your barbells from damage and wear-and-tear.
These safety arms attach to your rig with a double-locking mechanism for increased safety! First insert the molded pin into the appropriate height, and then secure the secondary metal pin below.
Compatible with our Goliath Power Racks, sturdy rack options that come with J-Hooks, band pegs, and optional extras like Safety Strap System, and these Safety Spotter Arms . They're the perfect all-rounder piece of gym equipment for any commercial or home gym space.
The uprights have been finished with laser-cut 19mm holes and laser-cut numbering alongside the holes making it quick and easy to get your J-Hooks and straps even on both sides.
