About the Solid Strength Space Saver Drop Mats (pair)

Lift and drop heavy weight while dampening noise and protecting your floors! Our compact drop mats — the space-saving version of our full size drop mats — are made from 2 layers of foam (1 high-density and 1 low-density) and encased in super durable vinyl.

Specifically designed to absorb and disperse the sound and vibrations from barbell drops and to protect your flooring from damage. These are the perfect option for anyone wanting to preserve the life of their lifting surface or those dealing with neighbour complaints about noise.

Drop mats are also ideal for Strongman lift drops, heavy/high-rep weightlifting, and can also be used for dead ball and dumbbell drops. Perfect for both commercial gyms and home gym setups.

Dimensions:
60cm long x 60cm wide x 16cm high.

Pricing is for 2 x drop mats (pair)

    Great space saver, noise minimiser

Posted by Liv Armstrong on 7th Mar 2025

These drop blocks are half the size of my old ones so take up much less room but still do the exact same job so great if you have limited space:)

    Good mats

Nice and sturdy. I have dropped 130kg on them from deadlift height and 70kg from shoulder height. No damage.
