Solid Strength Strongman Sandbag 45kg

Elevate your functional strength training to the next level with our Solid Strength Strongman Sandbags! Available in three different sizes — 45kg, 70kg, 90kg.

Designed for versatility and effectiveness, these sandbags are the perfect alternative to traditional heavy balls and Atlas stones. Just like with worms, the way that the sand/fill in the sandbags shifts as you move and pick it up increases the difficulty of any movement when compared to a solid object like an Atlas Stone or other weight. This shifting and moving forces you to recruit more muscle groups to perform the same movements resulting in more effective fitness gains in less time.

Our sandbags are made from a high-quality, black nylon fabric exterior shell with a plastic/fabric blend interior fill bag. The multi-closure system, large velcro flaps, and zippers ensure the interior bags won’t leak and lose their fill during use.

The Solid Strength Strongman Sandbags are shipped empty. You will need to add your own fill to the bags. This can be done with:
• Playground Sand
• Rubber Mulch
• Pea Gravel
• Or a combination.

Important: Always use the filler bag for adding fill material. Adding filler directly to the exterior shell will void the warranty. Ensure the fill is dry, clean, and free of sharp debris.

We’ve been selling various types of Strongman equipment in the New Zealand market for several years. We’re the trusted choice for many commercial and home gyms in the country, and these sandbags are no different! These bags are highly durable and crafted to withstand the toughest workouts. The multi-close system for the interior fill bags ensures your filler material will stay fully contained.

*Note — these bags are shipped empty. You will need to add your own fill to the bags. Always ensure the fill is dry, clean, and free of sharp debris.
