Our Solid Strength Pulling Blocks are custom made in New Zealand using 18mm pine. Initially designed for Olympic Cleans, Snatches, and partial Deadlifts pulling blocks are great for practicing and perfecting your Olympic lifting form at varying heights. The blocks can also be used stacked for box squats or for self-spotting during back squats (see our pulling blocks full set).
Sold in pairs. Available in 100mm, 150mm and 200mm heights. Pulling blocks come with our large circular 'Solid Strength Equipment' logo in the centre of each block (not pictured).
