Our Solid Strength Pulling Blocks Full set are custom made in New Zealand using 18mm pine (sold as a set of 6). Initially designed for Olympic Cleans, Snatches, and partial Deadlifts pulling blocks are great for practicing and perfecting your Olympic lifting form at varying heights. The blocks can also be used stacked for box squats or for self-spotting during back squats.
Pulling blocks come with our large circular 'Solid Strength Equipment' logo in the centre of each block (not pictured).
As these are made to order in NZ, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Custom sizes available. Contact us for details. These pulling blocks are also available as individual pairs of 100mm, 150mm, and 200mm heights.
