Timer functions include count up/down, multiple interval options, Fight Gone Bad, Tabata, and more! There are holes on the back of the timer to allow wall mounting. Comes with a remote and power cord.
This timer has pre-loaded intervals for Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 8 rounds) and the CrossFit workout Fight Gone Bad (15 x 1 minute rounds). These have buttons labelled 'TBT' and 'FGB'. For any other intervals, you can programme and save them using the instructions provided. You can programme up to 99 intervals of any configuration you desire, such as 1 minute on, 30 seconds rest; 2 minutes on, 20 seconds rest, etc. There is also an option to set up to 99 rounds of an interval (i.e. 30 seconds on, 20 seconds rest).
Not compatible with power cables from other products.
