There's no better tool to strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, and abdominals! Our Solid Strength GHDs (Glute Ham Developer) are full commercial quality, over-built for superior strength and stability (total weight 75kg). The GHD is adjustable forward and backward so whether it's in your home gym or commercial space people of any height will be able to use it. Comes with band anchors to add extra resistance and wheels at the back for easy manoeuvrability. This unit can also be stood on its end to maximise your gym or storage space.

    The build quality of this machine is great. The steel is thick and heavy. Coated well, and designed well too. Really easy to assemble, though the tools it comes with for assembly are pretty garbage. I would recommend using a socket set and wrench. Overall very happy with the product.
