Designed to IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) specs with a 50.4mm centre hole, 450mm diameter, and colour coded. They are precision manufactured to +/- 0.7% of the stated weight making them the best option for competition training next to calibrated weight plates.

These plates have a triple layer steel construction. The 50.4mm centre hole allows for a tight barbell fight and eliminates most of the play in barbell drops and Olympic lifts — especially as you go heavy.
