Train how you compete with our Solid Strength Competition Olympic Bumper Plates! Designed to IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) specs with a 50.4mm centre hole, 450mm diameter, and colour coded. They are precision manufactured to +/- 0.7% of the stated weight making them the best option for competition training next to calibrated weight plates.
These plates have a triple layer steel construction. The 50.4mm centre hole allows for a tight barbell fight and eliminates most of the play in barbell drops and Olympic lifts — especially as you go heavy.
Suitable for weightlifting competitions, Olympic weightlifting, high-rep WODS, Olympic weightlifting clubs, affiliates, and more!

Round heavy things.
These round heavy things slide on the bar when I am itching to wrestle gravity after doing burpees with my cult . I have never found them to be inconsistent in their heaviness. 5 stars.
